Yep, it was a b...Hi Donnie, Nichole and Mickie ...<br /><br />Yep, it was a busy day. I was tired and went to bed at 8:00. Probably because I was actually standing up a lot instead of being on the computer.<br /><br />Natasha, this is the first time I have done onions or carrots. That is a good idea about grinding up the onions. I'll probably use the carrots in soups and casseroles down the road. I am trying to just figure out what to do with bulk buys, since there are only two of us. Also, I want to stock up.<br /><br />Mickie, I know what you mean. I love boiled eggs, and have promised myself that I will eat at least one of each type of pickled eggs.
