Frances and the High Desert Museum:

Yesterday, Frances and I took a quick drive up the highway to the High Desert Museum.  I have many more pictures that are in the slide shows above, but I wanted to post the ones with Frances in them.  We had a great time ... it is a lot of walking though!  We didn't get to everything.  It takes around 4 hours to do that, but we saw a most of the displays.  If you ever get a chance to go to this, it is worth every penny!

    Oh, yes, Becky, there are so many pretty places around here. This summer I am going to concentrate on taking lots of pictures of Newberry Crater (where Paulina Lake is) and the Cascade Lakes Highway.
