Travel/Events: Hit-Machine Rocks the Sunriver Mall

Oregon Gifts of Comfort and Joy ~ Kathy Matthews

Cary and I went to Sunriver this afternoon.  We enjoyed walking around the mall, eating Mexican food and listening to a really fun band called Hit-Machine.  Here are some photos of today's band, and a link to their website:  Hit Machine

I took a good video but am having trouble loading it.

I wish I would have thought of taking a video when the band had the kids in the audience sing "YMCA".  It was hilarious.  Remember, you can always click on these photos to enlarge them for better viewing:

After that, audience members were invited to come on stage and help sing songs. It was kind of like a group karaoke, with a band back-up:

One guy was thrilled to sing Journey's "Don't Stop Believing"; the band gave him his own microphone and he did a great job:

Hit-Machine made people happy, and that was the very best part of watching them.  Of course, their music was super too! I grabbed one of their cards, and they are also on Facebook.  If I had an upcoming event, I'd hire them.  I'm just sayin'.

  1. I enjoy listening to local bands. Some are really quite good. My daughter has a friend who has a small trio with his dad and a female singer. They are called Minutes to Live, which I thought was a cute play on words.
