Welcome to the online diary of a Central Oregon Grandmother (me) who is busy celebrating the positive portions of her everyday life ... along with her best friend husband (Cary). It is quite an eclectic diary and I try to do my best to incorporate a little bit of history into many of my posts. Your visit to our piece of American Pie is greatly appreciated. This chatty Kathy posts frequently, so coming back to visit often is highly encouraged.

Coffee with Dick:
When you are hanging out with cops, you never know what they are going to say. I was cracking up, because Dick was giving me modeling advice, "Suck in your gut so that your rack will stick out more." Thanks for the tip, mister, but it is kind of hard to see anything with that big sweatshirt I have on. Except for how big my legs are.
Lord, I am fat. I weighed myself on Shanna's scales and couldn't believe how much I weigh. I don't usually make New Year's resolutions, but this year I am resolving to exercise and to lose 30 pounds by summer. Anybody have a good treadmill that they want to trade for a big screen t.v.?

I sincerely appreciate your comments! If you don't see your comment posted immediately, don't worry. I have comment moderation on here to help filter out spam. It will become visible as soon as I read it, and I do that several times daily. It just seems easier than using the word verification option. I am so sorry, but I am not accepting anonymous comments at this time. You can email me at: oregongiftsofcomfortandjoy@hotmail.com and I will happily add your comment to this post. Thank you so much! ~ Kathy M.
Hi, Kathy! You look great, don't give it another thought! That's nice that you could get together with one of your husband's friends. Old friends are the best friends.
ReplyDeleteBest regards,

Thanks, Gloria. I really do need to get some exercise though. The time has come. :>)
ReplyDeleteHey Kathy! You look great to me, too! I need to get a lot more exercise and lose some weight, myself! But...that's no fun! :)
