Shadow Shot Sunday #146 : Summerfest in Bend, Oregon 2010

For today's Shadow Shot Sunday, I decided to pull out some shadow shots from last summer.  Each year, downtown Bend has a festival called Summerfest ... as I watch the snow come down outside right now, it is good to remember that it does get hot and sunny here in Central Oregon.  We just have to wait it out!

    I love that first shot--very different and creative. I've been pulling out shots from the past too because I wanted somethings with color in them and that is still hard to come by. It has warmed up considerably and you can tell Spring is right around the corner. I'm anxious to take some shots of pretty spring flowers. Have a great weekend. Mickie

    Hi there OGCJ, it's been awhile since I've visited. your photos are still glorious though. I'm wondering about that logo on the green chair backs. does that mean something? I love all the umbrella shots! this looks like it was a fun time. have a great weekend!

    This looks like a great place for a festival, a place for food, music and beautiful and fun attractions. The amount of seating suggests many will be there on a beautiful summer day. A gathering of fun seekers...
