Welcome to the online diary of a Central Oregon Grandmother (me) who is busy celebrating the positive portions of her everyday life ... along with her best friend husband (Cary). It is quite an eclectic diary and I try to do my best to incorporate a little bit of history into many of my posts. Your visit to our piece of American Pie is greatly appreciated. This chatty Kathy posts frequently, so coming back to visit often is highly encouraged.

Just wanted to let you know that my arm is feeling much better today and that I got a great night's sleep. I got up at 5:00 this morning and finished up three more posts. There is the one below about The Lightship Astoria; a Book Blurb Friday "Riley Was Here, Among Others" and below it, my A-Z Challenge post, "Lillian, Go Lay Down!"
Thanks so much for your visit, and I'll be by to visit those who comment, and will work on catching up with everybody.
Take care, and have a wonderful weekend!
~ Kathy M.
Oh, my gosh, I sure do appreciate all of my new followers! As of a few minutes ago, there are 15 of you since A-Z began. Thanks for liking me. Hugs.

I sincerely appreciate your comments! If you don't see your comment posted immediately, don't worry. I have comment moderation on here to help filter out spam. It will become visible as soon as I read it, and I do that several times daily. It just seems easier than using the word verification option. I am so sorry, but I am not accepting anonymous comments at this time. You can email me at: oregongiftsofcomfortandjoy@hotmail.com and I will happily add your comment to this post. Thank you so much! ~ Kathy M.
I missed that your arm was hurt! Glad to hear it feels better. And I love all those ships--when I lived in Portland, I adored the Rose Festival because they'd all come into town.
ReplyDeleteKathy, What did you do to your arm? I love your lizard story and pic. Gives your brain a "work out" to come up with all those "L" words. Have a great weekend and take care. Hugs, Mickie :_)
