Kristin's 30th Birthday Party:

I have three kids.  Of my own.  Their names are Kari, Kristin and Nigel.  I have other kids also, but they have their own mothers.  There are six step-children all in all, three from my second husband and three from Cary.  This weekend, Kristin turned 30 and had a great family birthday party.  Here are some of the pictures that I took on Sunday:

Grandma Jill, Me and my Dad, Ralph

My son Nigel, a friend named Jeff, and our grandson Casey.

We had a really nice time.  It was really hot over there in the valley and I was already worn out from the camping stuff, so I stayed overnight and drove home yesterday.

It does me good to get a big hit of love from my side of the family once in awhile.  I'm just sayin'.

  1. You people seem like a happy crowd. And a belated happy birthday to Kristin all the way from The Netherlands!

  2. Hi Kathy, it is always a pleasure to visit your blog and see all the fun you're having. Your get-together looked like a great time, and yes this heat wave is really getting to everyone. My husband is in Rotary and he is helping out at the fair in this heat. I know he will be beat, when he gets home today. I think I better baby him a little bit and make him feel pampered. Tomorrow he's back out there again. I hope that your week is a great one, stay cool if you can. Connie :)

  3. I saw these on FB earlier today, but for some reason, they're not all showing up here as I read your blog. It looks like a great birthday party.

  4. Poor Bob. He appears to have anger issues. Clearly, he didn't spend as much time at that wonderful party as he should have. :) Happy birthday to your Kristin!

  5. And just who is Bob?

Looks like you had a blast--a good family gathering can really fill up the love tank!
