The Native American Display at The Maryhill Museum, Washington




When we were on our little trip last week, we spent time exploring the exhibits at the Maryhill Museum.  In the basement of the building, there is a huge Native American display.  Here are some of the pictures that I took (I took pictures of the black and white ones and cropped them down, and that is why I signed my name to them):

It was hard to choose which ones to post, because I took about 75 or 80 pictures of this area.   A few years ago, I did a post about Indian beadwork with pictures from The High Desert Museum, if you want to take a look.

We are heading out in the morning for another local trip to one of my favorite spots in the world, the Upper McKenzie River.  I can't wait for those pictures.  See you soon!

    I loved reading this. It was extra interesting to me because I have a nephew who is a missionary to the American Indians. I have to leave but I'll be back to "catch up." ~Pamela
