Terwilliger (Cougar) Hot Springs with the Top Pool Closed:

 The island was high ...

The lagoon was low ...

The path was gentle ...

The scenery was gorgeous ...

The tree spirits were stuck ...

Some attachments were growing ...

The cathedral was open ...

The Borrowers were peeking ...

The Dark Man was watching ...

... and the Cougar was protecting.

The top pool was closed (due to current danger and instability, after a boulder fell into it earlier this year and almost hit a girl!) ...

The other pools were open, and the water was clear and hot ...

The facilities were handy ...

and the walk back out was as beautiful as the walk in...

Bring $6.00 per person to gain your entrance to this spiritual spot, and soak up the beauty.

Work will begin soon to fix the top pool so that it can be used again.

Hugs,

Kathy M.

  1. You captured a lot of beauty on your walk. It looked like you were the only visitors. Did you go in the hot pools?
