Looking for Rolled Oats?

This was the best score of the day, yesterday, at Food 4 Less.  The large 25 lb. bag of (made in Eugene) oatmeal was only $13.50.  I could have gotten a 50 lb. bag for $26.00 if I had wanted to.  The Quaker Oats sell for an average of $3.00 for a 2.5 lbs.  If I would have gotten 25 lbs. that way, it would have cost me $30.00.  Okay, so I can do story problems, sometimes...when I need to.

Why is this important to me?  Because I make my oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mixes, and this will save me a lot of money in the long run.  Yay for me!

  1. Is there anything you can't do? You write, you bake, take photos, among so many other things, AND you can do word problems while saving money at the same time! I think you must be part Energizer Bunny!

I sincerely appreciate your comments! If you don't see your comment posted immediately, don't worry. I have comment moderation on here to help filter out spam. It will become visible as soon as I read it, and I do that several times daily. It just seems easier than using the word verification option. I am so sorry, but I am not accepting anonymous comments at this time. You can email me at: oregongiftsofcomfortandjoy@hotmail.com and I will happily add your comment to this post. Thank you so much! ~ Kathy M.
