Watery Wednesday and Outdoor Wednesday:

Here are some pretty summer photos of water that I am entering into Watery Wednesday and Outdoor Wednesday.  After you leave Oregon Gifts, please click here to see the watery pictures that others are featuring today.  And, then click here to see some great outdoor shots!

Jasper, Oregon:  "Covered Bridge at Fall Creek"

Oakridge, Oregon:  "The Willamette River"

Paulina Lake, Oregon:

I always enjoy looking back at beautiful summer pictures when we are smack dab in the middle of winter, don't you?

Have a wonderful day and thanks so much for stopping by.

  2. You remind me that I need to spend more time in Oregon. Each year I say we should go and explore the covered bridges and return to the area around Bend but we don't. There is just to much to see and do in this beautiful country of ours.

  3. Hi Donnie and Martha,

Wow! I just got this finished! Thanks for your comments. I love covered bridges too, and the Willamette and McKenzie Valley's have lots of them. You said it, Martha, there is just so much to see.

The funny thing is, it is so pretty here in Central Oregon, but I start to take it for granted if I don't get away once in awhile.

Have a great day, both of you!

  6. Gorgeous views, love the water shots around and about Oregon, have friends that direction. My lighthouse pic is from up there somewhere, but was my first trip and hadn't gotten my bearings yet to be able to name it correctly.

  7. Thank you, Debby, MarieElizabeth and Ms. Reflections, for stopping by and saying hello. I left you comments on your blogs too.

I'm wondering if the light house picture featured in Reflections is Cape Arago on the Southern Oregon coast? By the Coos Bay area? We were there last year and it looks familiar.

I hope you all three have a wonderful week.

I sincerely appreciate your comments! If you don't see your comment posted immediately, don't worry. I have comment moderation on here to help filter out spam. It will become visible as soon as I read it, and I do that several times daily. It just seems easier than using the word verification option. I am so sorry, but I am not accepting anonymous comments at this time. You can email me at: oregongiftsofcomfortandjoy@hotmail.com and I will happily add your comment to this post.
