"I Love M.E. Monday" and "Blue Monday": M.E. Tins, Blue Peacocks and More ...

Today I am combining  Cherry Chick's "I Love M.E. Monday" and Smiling Sally's "Blue Monday".   The theme of blue runs throughout this post, but the M.E. portion comes first.  To see more M.E. beauties, after you are done with me, please  click here.

I bought these tins a long time ago.  When I still lived in Eugene and got some birthday money from my Mom, I would go to  Hiron's Drug Store  and buy M.E. stuff.  That is where I got these:

So, here is the rest of this Blue Monday post.  At the same time that Kylie and I were at the second hand store in Sunriver buying the yellow quilt and the vintage dictionaries, I spotted this peacocks.  They were .50 each.  No matter what, you can't beat that!  After you are done here, please go and see more Blue Monday things by clicking here.

Now we come to the third part of this post.  I bought this little set at the Dollar Store in Springfield around 15 years ago.  Too cute, with lots of blue!

Happy I Love M.E. Monday and Happy Blue Monday.  I hope that all of you have the best week ever!

If you miss a day, you miss a lot!  Don't miss out on the news ... Please click here to go to my home page and see what is happening in Mayberry today.

  12. Cool stuff! Especially like the ME things. I used to work with a lady (very Steel Magnolia, southern belle) who collected ME, so I always think of her when I see ME stuff. It really is warm and homey.
