This morning, we woke up to this! Our first snowstorm of the year.

It was a predicted storm, and not a surprise. I should not have procrastinated about bringing in the lawn furniture. Still, it helps to show how much snow has accumulated.

Oh, remember Peggy, the stray cat that I was willing to help out from yesterday? She's not a stray. She's not even hungry. Canned cat food is just her crack. She was begging for food yesterday when I got home, so I gave her some dry food. Just took one look and walked away! She must live next door; here is her path:

And here she is eating poor Mange's food. As if Mange doesn't have enough problems:

Oh the snow is pretty, but I'm not ready for it yet! Yikes. And poor Peggy, she looks like my Smeagol. Poor little stinker.
ReplyDeleteWow you have more snow than us here in Michigan (SE). I'll tell you that cat will transfer residency if you are going to feed her all the time ^_^ Happy weekend!

SNOW!
ReplyDeleteI love it :)
The snow looks beautiful. I guess that is part of the reason for our cooler weather and forecast of rain for tomorrow here in L.A.

I am so envious. What a beautiful snow.
ReplyDeleteThat cat sure doesn't look poorly at all. She is either living next door or working the neighbor hood quite successfully.
Nice that you can track her.
We drove down to Eugene yesterday for today's football game. Hopefully the snow will keep out of the lowlands until we can get home. I hate driving in it, but it sure is pretty. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI love that first snowfall. It always makes the world so gorgeous and new. Especially when it falls on the not-so-good looking buildings here in my 'hood. LOL
