Mom Cave Library

Several years ago, the larger of our two spare bedrooms looked like this:

One day, when I had a bunch of energy, I switched the furniture from the smaller bedroom and put it into the bigger room.  It ended up looking like this:

I decided to tweak it a bit more last month, and by putting the coffee table under the window and The Children's Library by the door.  I also added a foldout foam chair and this is how it looks now:

It is a nice place to read, visit, play with Lincoln Logs and Legos and watch t.v. or a VHS movie.  It came in handy last weekend, when John and Shanna and the boys were here.

Johnny went with the Lincoln Log option.

I think that I have everything arranged in our house now the way that I want it.  I just don't feel like changing the furniture around anymore, except for making room for the Christmas tree.  I don't think that I have ever gotten to that point before ... have you?
