Boo and Kylie:

I would now like for you to meet Boo.  He is from Kansas, and he kind of reminds me of Toto, but he is a Westie and not a Carin Terrier.   A sweet 4 month old, he is the baby of the Team Matthews, Kansas family.  Boo is quite photogenic too!

Kylie!

I already did our granddaughter Kylie's birthday post last week, but Shanna just put this on her FB page, and I couldn't help but nab a copy.  Kylie, you are such a beautiful girl, inside and out, and we love you so very much.

Puppies Galore!

Over the past three weeks, my friend April and her family were blessed with two sets of puppies at their house.  The dad, Ranger, was a busy little guy.  Ranger and his girlfriend/wife Greely are purebred Jagd Terriers, hunting dogs popular in Europe, though not so well known in the U.S.

Ranger

A very proud Greely with her 8 new babies.
This will be Greely's first and last litter,
since she suffered a ruptured uterus while giving birth.

Here are a few of the puppies yesterday.

They are pretty cute!

This is Dixie, right before she had her four babies.  Dixie is a Rat Terrier and Ranger is the father.  I don't have pictures of her babies yet, but April said that they all look like Ranger, black and tan.

Thanks to April for sharing her FB pics with us!
