These were taken last Friday, as I looped around Cascade Lakes Highway in Central Oregon.  I will give these areas their own blog posts soon, but I wanted to include these teaser pictures for this week's edition of Watery Wednesday.

Another relaxing tour of Oregon Kathy, love your shots. I bet my kids would love to run around and splash in the lake or river.

Hi Kathy, looks like you have beautiful lakes there too. Here in Michigan they said every 4 or 5 miles you can find a lake ^_^ Nice to see landscape at your end hope to see more ^_^ Happy Wednesday.

It's probably an illusion, but these lakes appear to be secluded and far away from the din of traffic--my kind of places!

WATER

Water in a drop of rain,
Water swirling down the drain;
Water clinging to the trees,
Water filling up the seas;
Water frozen, water free,
Water is the stuff for me!
