I grew up in Eugene. I loved growing up in Eugene. And, I love going back to visit. I think that I'll start a new series about it called "I Dream of Eugene". This is the very first installment; thanks so much for joining me.
On our most recent visit, we stopped by the 5th Street Market. Of course, I had to take a bunch of pictures, because everything was so pretty.

That looks like a really cool place-- one I'd like to visit sometime! Thanks for sharing.
Wow! What a gorgeous market place. I wish we had something like this around here. These are some really gorgeous photos. I just got a digital camera for Christmas so hopefully I will figure it out soon so I can start sharing some pics of my own. :)
What a beautiful area! If you hadn't told us it was in Oregon, I would guess it was somewhere in The South...like New Orleans, etc. You grew up in a lovely place!
Great post and photos, Kathy! Your hometown is lovely. I hope my cousin, Chris, comes to this post to take a look at what Eugene has to offer! Thanks for sharing.
Best,
Gloria
