Basically, I needed to put like things alike into one spot. The desk in our bedroom, below, needed to go into our home office. The sewing table and sewing storage needed to go into our bedroom. The theory is that if I have enough light and everything is at my fingertips, then I will be more apt to sit down and sew.
This picture looks like it was taken from my cell phone, but it wasn't. This is one reason why I am afraid that my camera is wearing out on certain settings. Anyway, this is the "before":

It is so pretty! I hung up the quilt that my Great Grandma Sallie Johnson made as a wedding gift for my Grandpa Delmar and Grandma Agnes 76 years ago.

Here is the sewing area. I am very excited about how this room turned out. I like the pink.

The dry erase board has some of my projects written on it. I need to finish filling it out and get to work, but now I think it will be easier to do than when things were a mess.

It feels good to be feeling good, that is all that I can say.
Hope that you are all having a great week so far,

Oh, another great room. I love your to do list. I need one of those for every day, not just in my craft room.
How does Cary feel about a sewing station in the bedroom? Doesn’t he worry that you’ll leap up and finish a little project in the middle of the night? :)
