Last month on a drizzly day when we were on our travels up the McKenzie River, we drove to the little town of Blue River. They have a store, a park, a library, a garage and a few other places there. They have schools there too, but they are way on the other end of the town loop, and we didn't drive that far.
Some of these pictures are from the park. The rest were taken when I walked onto the bridge crossing the river.
Here is a shout-out to my patient driver and BFH, Cary. He makes it a lot easier for me to hop out and take my photos.
Now, what in the heck is this business below? It mars the beauty of the fall foliage, if you ask me...
Remember, folks ...
I know, I know, I am preaching to the choir!
Sorry that I have been behind on my return visits. I will be by to see you guys soon.
Hugs,
Kathy M.

I read two bloggers who are based in Oregon and the photos are always so beautiful. I've never spent any time in the state, and it looks like a place I would really love. Thanks for sharing your photogenic state.
Lovely photographs, even on a drizzly day you manage to capture the beauty of nature, love the rain drops on making ripples in the water.
You have such a good eye for framing the perfect shot. When are you starting that postcard business?
