Healing:

Sometimes I think of La Pine as a place to heal. Way back when, I think I moved Nigel and I over here in the first place so that I could heal. There is just something about it. Especially during the summer, when it is warm, pretty and peaceful.

About a week and a half ago, I brought my boy home so he could heal his back and regroup. A hurt back postponed his leaving for the Navy as he had planned. A visit to the physical therapist and the massage therapist and whatever else, worked. He was able to resume his life in Eugene once again. I am so glad that he is feeling better, and that he has so many nice friends.

As we drove over the pass yesterday, we stopped at Blue Pool Campground and took these pictures:
