Our Dear Deer:

Here she is, our little friend.  This morning Cary put fresh peanuts, corn and birdseed into the planter and fresh water into the birdbath.  About 15 minutes ago,  he called to me, saying, "Bring the camera!".  I took the first two photos from the porch, zooming in.  There was a lot of sunlight and that is where the rainbows came from on photo #2.  Then I handed the camera to Cary, and he walked toward her and took the rest of them.  How neat!

I know lots of folks who would like to turn your four legged friend into steaks. Not me. The only way I can ever shoot anything is with a camera. She looks to be a gentle spirit.
