Sewing Causes Writer's Block?

I can write, kind of, and I can sew. When I am in the writing mood, it is a struggle for me to change gears and begin to sew. Once I am back into sewing, it is fun and I like to produce many projects in the same time frame. Over the years, I have found that I had better do it that way, while I am still in the mood. This year, I am plan to launch the business parts of Oregon Gifts of Comfort and Joy. My plan is to vend at a couple of holiday bazaars this season. In that way, I can let people know about my handcrafted products as I get my little "store" trailer ready to go. I'll be open by appointment after that, if all goes well. HOWEVER, when I am into sewing, it seems as if I cannot write. Or, at least do creative writing. I don't know if this is a left brain/right brain type of thing or what. Today is Book Blurb Friday, and I cannot for the life of me think of a story to go with my friend Kay's picture of the guy flying the plane. So, instead, I'll show you what I have been working on this week, besides all those cards in the post below. I have been making pillows and hearts. And, I gave Cary a massage (that is story behind the massage table in the picture below).
