Aunt Norni (Norma) was the daughter of Alfred and Matie Wright. Alfred and Matie had four children, Clifford "Stan" Wright (Darlene and Sonny's father and Grandma Pearl's ex-husband), Alfred Wright, Pauline Wright Patton, and Norma "Norni" Wright Yonchick. Aunt Norni was only 8 years older than Darlene.
Al Wright, Stan's brother, was married to Aunt Nona. If that helps you guys any. It sure helped me!
Aunt Norni and Uncle Paul came to our wedding, and she made us this needlepoint cross:
I didn't know her well at all, of course, but remember her as a very nice woman who loved Darlene, Troy, Cary and Larry. Our prayers go out to Paul, Jim and the rest of the family.
