Congratulations, Mariners!

Hey, Junior, please give us one more year! You were the heart that brought it all together. Along with your new coach Mr. Wakamatzu, you guys changed the team dynamics and turned the Mariners around. It didn't hurt to have Felix pitching so well either. Way to go!

All of you guys were awesome this season. It was so fun to watch you play!

Thanks for making Ichiro smile and laugh, and finally be on a winning team.

I only wish that Jamie Burke, Washington Nationals ...

were there to celebrate with you today.

Next year, it will be the World Series! :>)

Oh remember back in April when I predicted that the Mariners and the Kansas City Royals would be in the playoffs? Well, of course, they are not. But the Mariners had a wonderful winning season. I looked up Kansas City and found that nearly all of the people I picked them for (mostly former Mariners, plus Coco Crisp from the Red Sox) are all on the disabled list. It's hard to win when everybody is hurt!
