Windowtops and Teapots: Fort Rock Restaurant and Pub

Last Friday, Cary and I drove out to Fort Rock.  I have made two other posts about our day trip: The Homestead Village Museum
and Day Trip Down to the Oregon Outback.

When we first hit the tiny town, we stopped to eat lunch in a nice, clean diner, and I was really impressed with how hard they had worked on decorating the window spaces for Christmas.  So, I took a bunch of pictures and am sharing them with you today.  It was a treat to enjoy another's gift of decorating to welcome their patrons, and I appreciated it very much.

The Window Vignette's:

This Jade plant was huge!

There was a cheerful collection of ceramic holiday cookie jars.

Snowmen sat on the indoor snow ...
look at how pretty it is outside too!

There was a snowman display also.

The Jade plant was surrounded by Christmas snow globes.

The Teapot Collection

On top of the buffet, there was this pretty collection of tea pots:

I can't get over all the snow outside the window! I live in Florida, and I have rarely seen it. Looks like the perfect day to daydream and have tea. Thanks for sharing with us.

XO,

Sheila :-)

Nice photos of the Christmas decorations in the restaurant, but I would have preferred pics of the FOOD! LOL!
Best,
Gloria

Hi Sheila, there was about 6" or so. It was such a beautiful day that day.

Hi Gloria ... the food was good, but wasn't as decorated as much as the windows were. Not much in the way of garnishment. :>)
