Early Morning Snow Photos and Barb's Blue Card:

I am submitting this post to Smiling Sally's Blue Monday.  If you love blue, make sure to check out the neat things that my Blue Monday friends are posting by clicking here .

My new friend Barb made this beautiful card.  Barb asked if she could use one of my photos in for her card-of-the-month, and I said sure.  (I took this photo of Mt. Bachelor at the Sunriver airport the day the Kylie and I went on our field trip in January.)  Barb is a paper artist, and you can see more of her work on her blog On Needle - On Paper: Notes of the Wandering Mind.   Also, she has an card club open to those who live in Oregon.  Each month, Oregon artists and photographers do a card exchange and build lasting friendships with each other.  Here is some more information about that:  Stamp Oregon: Scenes and Themes.  Click here to subscribe.  Please remember, this club is for Oregon residents only.

Here are photos from 7:00 this morning, as an update to last night's snowstorm story.  We haven't gotten very much more snow, but it sure is pretty.  Look at this little bird posing for the camera:

Here is that poor tree in front of the kitchen window that was buried in ice the other day:

This photo is kind of blurry.  I zoomed in across the yard to take a picture of the neighbor's mailbox.  Even so, look at the spots that showed up:

I hope that you all have a wonderful day!

If you miss a day, you miss a lot!  Don't miss out on the news ... Please click here to go to my home page and see what is happening in Mayberry today.

Thanks, Donnie. We didn't get too much though. I'm still waiting to see if we will get the 1 to 2 feet!
